Uncle Bob’s has been Plainville’s “GO-TO” for a delicious breakfast or lunch since our doors opened back in 2009. Big portions, no shortcuts, and a menu built around the classics done right! The kitchen was previously run by Chef Bob who started it all, and later handed down his chef hat to his “step son” Tino back in 2012. Although many great years have passed, Chef Tino continues to keep up the traditions and recipes that built the regular’s trust.
